• Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in beauty, fashion, or jewelry. This can be through formal education, industry experience, or both.
• Experience: Previous teaching or training experience is preferred. However, significant industry experience and a passion for teaching are highly valued.
• Certification: Relevant certifications or licenses in your area of expertise.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and Swedish if applicable)

• Resume/CV: Include your educational background, work experience, and relevant certifications.
• Cover Letter: Explain why you want to join Sweden Glow Academy, your teaching philosophy, and how your experience aligns with our mission.
• Portfolio: If applicable, provide a portfolio showcasing your work (e.g., makeup looks, fashion designs, jewelry pieces).
• References: Provide contact information for professional references who can attest to your qualifications and teaching abilities.

• Initial Screening: Our HR team will review your application. If you meet our qualifications, you will be contacted for an initial phone or video interview.
• Teaching Demonstration: You may be asked to conduct a short teaching demonstration, which can be a live session or a pre-recorded video showcasing your teaching style and expertise.
• Final Interview: Successful candidates will be invited for a final interview with our senior staff to discuss the role in more detail and answer any questions.

• Once selected, you will undergo an orientation and training program to familiarize yourself with our curriculum, teaching tools, and online platform. You will also have the opportunity to meet other instructors and staff members.
